When you apply to the Community Grant Fund Program (CGFP), we collect the information you provide in your application: your full name, contact details (email address and phone number), date of birth, home address, occupation and income information, your reasons for applying, and the banking details (bank name, account name, and account number) needed to disburse an approved grant. We also collect the verification documents you upload, such as a government-issued ID and proof of income.

All information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored behind an authenticated security firewall, accessible solely to verified CGFP administrators.

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Review and assess your grant application;
• Verify your identity and eligibility;
• Communicate with you about your application status and decisions;
• Execute your approved financial payout to the bank account you provided;
• Meet legal, accounting, and audit obligations.

CGFP does not sell, trade, rent, or lease your personal identification or financial information to third parties. Your data is only shared securely with our payment processing API gateway for the sole purpose of executing your approved financial payout.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not disclose it to any other party except where required by law.
